Application of Terms

Themes

• All of our products are digital and can be accessed for download directly from the website after you have completed your purchase.

Download Packs

• A Download Pack is a one-time payment for a fixed number of premium template downloads. Each download uses one credit, and credits do not expire. Using a credit on a template gives you permanent access to re-download that template at no extra cost. Packs do not renew automatically.
• Credits are tied to your account. They may not be shared, transferred or resold.

Fair Use & Account Suspension

• Downloads are for your own use and your clients’ projects. Automated or bulk downloading (for example scripts, bots, scrapers, or downloading large numbers of templates in a short period in order to collect, redistribute or resell them) is not permitted, and neither is sharing your account or your downloaded files with others in a way that circumvents purchase.
• If we detect this kind of activity, we may suspend or terminate the account immediately and without prior notice, and unused credits on that account may be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. If you believe your account was suspended by mistake, contact us at [email protected] and we will review it.

Security & Payments

• Payments are securely processed via third-party services like PayPal or Stripe. ThemeChoose does not handle payments directly on our website.

Refunds

• You can evaluate your purchase for up to 14 days. If you find that the product has critical flaws, please contact us. Refunds are issued at our discretion following an evaluation.

Membership & Content

• Membership is granted to users who adhere to our terms and policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships at our discretion. Content may be moderated or removed by us for any reason, typically for urgent compliance or policy enforcement.

• You agree to indemnify ThemeChoose against any losses or costs arising from claims related to your use of our services.
